step1: Launch the Terminal from /Applications/Utilities
step2: At the command prompt, type in “dscacheutil -flushcache” and hit return

step1: Go to the Start menu and click on “Run”
step2:  In the “Run” box, type in ‘command.com’
step3: When the DOS prompt appears, type in ‘ipconfig /flushdns’ and hit return
step4: If the command has run properly, you’ll see a message saying DNS Resolving Cache has been flushed
